Your First Visit
Our front desk team will always greet you with a smile and welcome you in, and then you’ll be escorted to your treatment room by our hygienist, who will also take a few quick X-rays of your mouth. You’ll then get to meet your dentist, who will perform a thorough exam and go over the images to gain a better understanding of your oral health. They’ll then discuss their findings with you, and you’ll have the opportunity to ask about the treatment options they’re suggesting so that you’re able to make informed decisions about your oral health. From there, we’ll also be sure to help you schedule any follow-ups, if needed.
Patient Forms
Once you’ve scheduled your appointment, our office will text or email you our patient forms so you can fill them out ahead of time and at your leisure. You can also download them by clicking on the links below. By completing them before you come to see us, we’ll be able to check you in very quickly with almost no wait time!
